Meeting Schedule

The Sudbury East OPP Detachment Board is required to meet a minimum of four (4) times per year. Meeting dates and times will be posted here on the French River website and on the French River Civic Web Meeting Portal. Please subscribe for notification of meetings. Meetings will be open to the public to attend in person at the French River Municipal Office or view online.

Meetings will be held on the 3rd thursday of the month on a quarterly basis. The meeting schedule for this year is as follows: 

1. Inaugural Meeting Wednesday, February 26, 2025, at 4:00 pm
2. May 15, 2025 - Location: St. Charles Municipal Office (2 King St East St.-Charles, ON, P0M 2W0) at 4:00 pm
3. September 18, 2025 
4. November 20, 2025
