PROPERTY STANDARDS & BY-LAW APPEAL COMMITTEE (PSAC)
The Property Standards & By-law Appeal Committee (PSAC) is a quasi-judicial body appointed by Council to hear appeals based on designations/orders laid under the Property Standard By-law, Responsible Animal Ownership By-law and any other Municipal By-laws that provide for a right to appeal decisions of a municipal administrative official.
